Potato Meat Pie in Pastry Crust

Mix the meats together and knead well. Add 2 eggs, salt, and pepper, then knead again.

Finely chop the potatoes, onion, 1 clove of garlic, salt, and pepper, then add to the meat mixture.

Spread the mixture over one pie crust and cover with the other crust.

In a small bowl, combine the butter, parsley, 1 egg, and the second clove of garlic. Brush this mixture all over the top of the pie.

Cut 4 small holes in the top crust and bake for 1 hour at 350°F (180°C).
