Steps

Take two cup besan and one cup fresh malai(aap daily malai milk se nikal kar freezer mein store kar saktein hai)mix well and make a soft dough,take dough rest for 20min.

Take 2tbsp ghee in a heavy pan or kadaia and let them melt,keep the flame medium add dough and continue stir the besan non stop on a medium flame,now you see dough is melting in the kadai, continue to stir and fry the besan the besan will it getting thicker continue to fry stirring very well,scrape the mixture from the bottom, after few minutes of stirring you will see that the besan and ghee will be released from the sides,

Stir non stop even after the besan gets roasted darker golden color,now add two cup sugar and keep stir till the sugar is melt and besan will leave the pan sides,now tym to off the flame and add two tbsp cardamom powder and mix well,

Grease a tray very well with ghee,transfer the besan in a tray help of the spatula and sprinkle chopped almond on the top,press the almonds with spatula evenly,let it set till it becomes warm when still warm slice the besan burfi in any kind of shape,store in air tight container,no need to refrigerator
