First, mash the boiled potatoes well. Add bread crumbs and salt, and mix to form a dough-like mixture.

Shape the mixture into small patties (tikkis). Heat ghee or oil in a pan and fry the tikkis until they are crispy and golden brown.

Place the hot tikkis on a plate. Top with chopped onions, yogurt, green peas, green chutney, tamarind chutney, and chaat masala. Serve hot.
