Chocolate Brownie

Take a mixing bowl, add melted butter, eggs, vanilla essence & coffee, mix it well.

Add sugar now, whisk it nicely. Sift cocoa powder, maida & salt in the bowl, mix it well.

Now add chocolate chips, fold them into the batter. Take a cake tin, line it with butter paper.

Transfer the batter into the cake tin, spread it to the corners. Finish the top with milk chocolate chips.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius, bake it for 30 minutes.

Check it by inserting a knife, if it comes out clean, the brownie is done. Rest it for 10 minutes in the oven only.

Take it out from the oven, allow it to cool down. Cut into square pcs.

Decorate it with melted white chocolate, dark chocolate & dairy milk chocolate.
