Easy Black forest cake

Sieve refined flour, cocoa powder, salt, baking powder and baking soda. And mix together. Keep aside.

Beat egg. Add vanilla essence. Add powdered sugar while beating.after that Add oil and mix again.

Add flour mixture into egg mixture very slowly and keep stirring.make batter perfectly.
Prepared a greased tray. And pour batter into it.

Put it in a preheated oven (120°c) for 45 minutes.
Take it out after baking. Let it cool.Take out the cake from the mould after it cools.

Cut cakes horizontally and make three lyres. Apply sugar syrup to one lyre, apply sweat whipping cream and crushed chocolate Take the next cake lyre and do the same.

Take whipping cream and beat well when it stiff and keep at least 10 minuits.

Transfer whipped cream icing from the bowl to the top of your cake.
Spread the mound of icing evenly around the top surface of the cake.

Spread the rest of the icing along the sides of the cake.
Sprinkle grated chocolate to the top and sides of the cake.
Place the decorated cake in the refrigerator. Before serving, allow your cake to sit in the fridge for at least 30 minutes
