Ingredients

2-4 people
  1. 1 packageFresh Bufala (in the US it’s Buffalo for some strange reason) mozzarella
  2. Semi Dried Sun Dried Tomatoes. Hard to find but worth the search
  3. Authentic and aged Balsamic Vinegar. The more syrupy the better

Cooking Instructions

    Place your cheese on the platter you are going to use for serving. It will be wet with moisture but that’s OK. Try not to break open the cheese now

    Place and handful of the tomatoes around the cheese

  4. 4

    Drizzle the vinegar over just the cheese. The real balsamic vinegars flavor is strong and sweet. It pairs perfectly with the savory and salty cheese

    Serve and eat
