Soft Buns for Sandwiches

Baguette bread is delicious but I made a fluffy bread that is easy for children to eat.
Please adjust the baking time and temperature based on your oven.
I used "Kitanokaori" brand flour. Recipe by *sarasa*

Steps
- 1
Other than the butter, mix together all the ingredients and knead. Once the dough comes together, add the butter in and knead again.
- 2
Once you've made a nice ball, let the dough rise for the first rising till it has doubled in size.
- 3
Once it's done, divide into 6 portions, make them into balls, and then let them rest for 15 minutes.
- 4
Roll out the dough into an oval shape and fold into thirds. Fold in half, pinch the edges tightly and gently turn it into a roll-like shape.
- 5
Moisten the top, and cover with the oatmeal. Put them on a baking sheet, and slash the tops. Let the dough rise a second time.
- 6
Spray with water and then bake them in an oven for 17 minutes at 210℃.
- 7
They are fragrant and fluffy when done.
- 8
Here's a roll with baby salad greens and cured ham.
- 9
The hot dog version has no slashes on top.
