Butter garlic chicken

Take boneless chicken.Add corn flour in it.Add salt and pepper.Mix it well and marinate for 30 mins.

Cut spring onion (as per your quantity),cut the green chillies and garlic.

Take a vessel and add oil to it.Put the marinated chicken pieces.Fry chicken till it is cooked well and then remove it from the vessel.

Remove the excess oil from the vessel.Add little butter to the vessel, then add the chopped garlic, spring onion and green chillies to it (A tip: Do not add too much butter)

In another bowl,put some corn flour and then add water to it.Mix it well.Add it to the vessel in which you were frying the veggies(step 4).Mix it well.Then add the chicken pieces to it.Put pepper and put 1/2 tsp vinegar to it.Then add 1/4 tsp soy sauce,salt and mix everything well.

Remove it in a bowl.....And enjoy!!!!!!!!
