Paneer Tikka Masala

In a pan heat up oil. Add besan and roast it on medium heat until it gets nice even golden colour for about 4-5 mins.

Now turn off the gas and add kasmiri red chilli powder, haldi powder, kasuri methi and take the besan out into a bowl, add curd, tanduri masala, lemon juice and make a smooth paste.

Now add paneer cubes and mix until are nicely coated with the masala and keep a side.

Now pour 1-2 tsp oil on the non-stick tawa, place the paneer tikka, roast the tikka until they become golden brown, now flip the sides and roast the other side golden brown.

Heat oil in a kadai add slice onion and fry well. Once the onion are fried add garlic, ginger, tomato. Fry well.

Once fried, place the mixture in a plate for cooling down. Now grind the mixture into a smooth paste.

In a kadai add oil. Add the paste and stir well on a low flame add little water to the mixture and cook well.

Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, tandoori masala and remaining paneer tikka marinate and cook on low flame.

Once the masala releases oil add little water and fried paneer tikka and kasuri methi to the mixture.

Cook for about 2-3 mins. Serve hot with roti or paratha.
