Ingredients

  • 500g.s boneless chicken cubes
  • For marination:
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tspchilli sauce
  • 1 tbspsoya sauce
  • 1 tspcornflour
  • 1egg
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper crushed
  • Salt to taste
  • Pinchred chilli powder
  • For sauce:
  • 1 tsp crushed garlic
  • 2onions cut in larg cubes
  • 2capsicum cut in large cubes
  • 2tomatoes cut in cubes
  • 1/2 cupketchup
  • 1/2 cupChicken stock
  • 2 tbspchilli garlic kethcup.
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1-2 tspbrown sugar
  • 1 tspred chillies flakes
  • 1/4 tspchicken powder
  • Pinchred color
  • Pinchgarlic powder
  • 1/3 tspred chilli powder
  • Oil for frying
  • 2 tbspcornflour dissolved in 1/4 cup water

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinate chicken with above ingredients,then deep fry and keep aside.

    Ina separate pan stir fry all veggies in a tbsp of oil and keep aside.

  3. 3

    To prepare sauce,in a pan add oil, garlic, then chicken stock,all spices and sauces and mix.

    Add chicken and veggies,cook for a min,adjust seasonings.

  5. 5

    Now thicken the sauce with cornflour and keep mixing.serve with fried rice
