Mix in the castor sugar in whipped cream and put it in freezer for chilling

Melt chocolate in double boiler, add in cocoa powder and vanilla extract and gently mix it

Now with the cut and fold technique mix chocolate into whipped cream

When everything is mixed well, place the bowl again in freezer for at least 6 hours

Garnish with desicated coconut before serving
