Steps

Firstly wash and chop vegetables onions in petals form,carrots & capsicum to Julians. Set everything ready on hand chop garlic too.

Besides boil noodles in hot boiling water just for two minutes as per pack instructions and drain hot water immediately run noodles under tap water to stop cooking further.tops with some oil,sat,black pepper,turmeric powder toss it and set aside further in a Kadhai add olive oil and sauté garlic for few seconds

Pop in all the chopped veggies and cook for 2- 3 minutes let the crunch be there then add tomato ketchup,vinegar,schezwan chutney salt,black pepper,coriander leaves.

Add to the noodles bowl and toss well until fully combined and serve it hot with tomato ketchup..!
