Paneer Tikka Masala is a flavorful and aromatic curry, made with marinated and pan fried paneer cubes and veggies simmered in a rich onion tomato gravy alongwith warm spices. It is best paired with garlic naan or a tandoori roti. You can serve the tikka as a starter and later serve some of it as the curry. Both are wonderful dishes. Cottage cheese is so versatile. It is a great way of having proteins.

Paneer Tikka Masala is a flavorful and aromatic curry, made with marinated and pan fried paneer cubes and veggies simmered in a rich onion tomato gravy alongwith warm spices. It is best paired with garlic naan or a tandoori roti. You can serve the tikka as a starter and later serve some of it as the curry. Both are wonderful dishes. Cottage cheese is so versatile. In a mixing bowl add curd. Add gram flour, carom seeds, turmeric powder, kashmiri red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, tandoori masala powder or kitchen king masala, salt and oil. Mix it well.

Add paneer cubes and mix gently.

Add onion and green bell pepper cubes. Mix it well. Cover it and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes mix it once again. Heat oil in a pan. Put the marinated paneer and veggies in the pan. Cook on low-medium flame for 5-7 minutes or until brown. Keep flipping in between. Paneer tikka is ready. Keep it aside.

Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let it sizzle for few seconds. Add the chopped onions.

Fry on medium flame for 3-4 minutes until golden brown. Add ginger garlic paste and saute for few minutes on medium flame.

Reduce the flame to low and add turmeric powder, kashmiri red chilli powder, coriander powder and cumin powder. Fry for few seconds.

Add tomato puree and mix it well. You can add chopped tomato instead of puree. Cover and cook on low medium flame for 5- 7 minutes or until oil separates.

Open the lid and stir. Add salt and water. Mix it well.

Cover and cook until it comes to a boil. Add paneer tikka alongwith the veggies.

Mix it well. Cover and cook on low flame for 10 minutes. Open the lid and stir.

Add garam masala powder and dry fenugreek leaves. Cover the pan and off the flame. And let it stand with the lid for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes mix it. Paneer Tikka Masala is ready.

Serve Delicious Restaurant Style Paneer Tikka Masala with roti, poori, naan, paratha. It taste good with everything.
