I wondered what a stir-fry would taste like just seasoned with Weipa, so I gave it a try.
You don't need to add any salt or pepper.

Steps

Dissolve the Weipa in hot water, then beat it with the eggs.

Coat a frying pan with the sesame oil and heat. Add the chives just before the pan starts to smoke, and quickly stir-fry.

When done, remove from the heat and add the egg mixture. With the residual heat, cook the egg to your desired doneness.

Transfer to serving plates to finish!
