Peel potatoes

Add potatoes and eggs to a large pot.

Cover with water and boil for about 15 to 20 minutes.

Drain and rinse with cold water.

Add mayo and stir add a little more or less depending on your liking.

Slice eggs into small cubed pieces.

Add mustard, relish and onion and stir well.

Refrigerate until your ready to serve.
