Steps

Chop the nutmeg fruit into pickle piece wash it in hot water and strain it

Take a frying pan and add 4tablespoon gingely oil in low flame. Add 1table spoon mustard and fenugreek powder. Add chopped ginger and garlic to it and saute till it's light brown.

Add 2table spoon chilli powder and curry leaves and saute for 1minute

Add chopped nutmeg and saute in low flame. Put asafoetida powder and Add 1cup water and keep in sim for four minutes

Now it's about to serve... Good for stomach....
