Jalebi is my favourite dish, it becomes very crispy and delicious.
Steps

First in a pot, add maida(refined flour) curd, 1pinch colour or turemeric, add some water and mix. Keep it for 6-7 hour for fermentation.

Now make chashni. Heat a pan, add sugar, water and cook it, add some caradanom powder and kesar. cook till one taar chasni.

Now heat a kadai, add oil. Pour batter in a ketchup bottle or cone, Make jalebi.

Cook them till golden colour and take out and put them in chashni.

Jalebi are ready now. garnish with almonds or pistachio. serve hot.
