Steps

Heat oil in a pan & then add rai after it crackles add jeera & hing then add curry leaves, green chillies then add haldi powder

Now add red chilli powder, dhanya jeera powder & salt on cut potatoes

Then add potatoes in the pan in which you have given tadka & stir properly & add little water & close the lid for 5 minutes

Now put off the gas flame & do not open the lid for 10 minutes
After 10 minutes your delicious sabji is ready to serve & add chopped coriander on sabji & mix properly
