Paneer Pasanda is paneer triangles stuffed with rich khoya mixture and then shallow fried in a thick, creamy, tomato-based gravy
Steps

Firstly cut paneer into thick square (2 inch) pieces.

Make a filling by mixing Khoya, Dry fruits, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala powder and chopped coriander.

Now cut paneer from the middle and stuff the mixture.
Meanwhile Make a batter with besan, salt, turmeric and little water. - 4
Now heat oil in kadai, dip the stuffed paneer pieces into batter and deep fry the paneer patty.

For Gravy:
In a pan add diced onion, Cashewnut and melon seeds. Add little turmeric and 2 cups of water. Bring it to boil until onions are well cooked. - 6
Once boil, cool it down and make a fine puree and strain it out.

Now in a frying pan add cumin seeds and let it crackle. Now add ginger garlic paste and saute for a minute.

Now add Turmeric, yellow onion gravy to it and cook for 2-3 min. Add salt, garam masala and red chilli powder to it. Now cook for 4-5 min. Add 2tablespoon of cream.

Now cut the paneer pieces and add to gravy. Mix it well and add chopped coriander and garnish with cooking cream.
