Heat the oil in kadai add 1/2 tsp cumin seeds saute for 30 secs

Now add chopped onions and green chillies saute until they changed colour

Now add chopped tomatoes and little bit salt and fry until oil separate
Cool completely and blend it to a smooth paste.keep aside - 4
Now heat the same pan with oil add bay leaf and cumin seeds and saute until colour change

Now add ginger garlic paste and saute for 2-3 minutes

Add tomato paste and saute for 5 minutes

Add deggi Mirch, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and salt mix well

After 2-3 minutes add fresh cream in the mixture and mix well and saute

Now add milk in mixture and boil it for 5-6 minutes

Now add paneer cubes and mix well again boil for 5 minutes

Add garam masala and Shahi paneer masala saute for 2-3 minutes

Add kasuri methi

Now turn off the heat and add Dry red chillies for garnishing

Serve hot with salad and chapati
