Sprout lollypops
yummy and healthy snacks
Steps

Take soaked sprouts in a mixer blend to a smooth paste.

Add boiled and mashed potatoes chopped capsicum. Green peas, green chilies, chopped onion, red chilli powder, coriander powder, dry mango powder, black pepper powder, salt and mix it well with sprouts paste.

Now add semolina to the mixture and mix it well. Do not add water to it.

Now shape into small logs like lollipops and insert an ice cream stick in each log.

Now put maida in a bowl and add water to it. Add a little bit of salt and black pepper and make a slurry.

Take bread crumbs on a plate.

Now dip each lollipop in slurry and coat with bread crumbs.

Heat oil in a pan
Now deep fry all lollipops in oil
Fry until they changed into golden brown. - 9
Serve yummy healthy sprout lollypops with green chutney and tomato ketchup.
