In a small bowl add warm water and yeast, mix, cover and keep aside. In a separate bowl add flour,salt,spices n seasoning,oil and mix. Grate the pepper, onion n garlic, then add to the flour and mix.

Add your yeast mixture to the flour, mix it and knead the dough for 5-7 min (the dough should be like meat pie dough). Leave the dough to rise for at least 30min.

Knead the dough in a flour surface and divide the dough into circle and roll in a flour surface to avoid sticking and fry it.
