Steps

Firstly in a blender, blend the mango pulp.

Now in it add sugar and again blend it.

After that in a 1/2 cup of water add 2 tsp of gelatin and mix them properly.

Now add this gelatin water to mango puree and keep it aside.

Now beat the cream until soft peaks appear in it. And then in this cream add some mango gelatin puree that was kept aside and mix them.

Now in clear shots glasses add half of this remaining puree. And on top add whipped cream. Garnish it with some mango and keep it in a refrigerator for about 2 hours and serve chilled when it's set and chilled. Mango mousse is ready to serve
