1 kgplum
500 gmsugar
fewMint leaves
1 tspsalt(according to taste)
1 tspblack salt (acc to taste)
1 tspjeera powder (acc to taste)
1 tspblack pepper (acc to taste)
1 1/2 litrewater

Wash plum in water

Boil plums in water till they aur soft (approximate 15 mins).

Add sugar n boil for another 2 min to dissolve it and add mint leaves.

Switch off-gas. Allow it to cool down.

Strain the mixture after cooling n add all masala.

Serve chill.
