For Sugar syrup:--- In pan add sugar and water. Add lemon juice, few drops colour and saffron in to the syrup.

Take flour, sour curd, and baking powder in a bowl. Add water as required and prepare the batter. The batter should not be too thin nor too thick. Now add color to the solution.

Fill the batter in a piping bag. Now cut this piping from the corner.

Heat oil in a wide pan. Make round jalebi and fry them on medium heat. Fry in oil till it becomes golden from both sides.

Dip the prepared jalebi in hot syrup for 40-50 seconds.

Hot instant jalebi ready to eat.
