Steps

Grate paneer n puree tomatoes
Keep aside - 2
Heat oil n butter in pan
Add jeera - 3
Add chopped onion after jeera crackles

Add garlic paste wen onion turns transparent

Add tomato puree after a minute of saute

Add chopped capsicum n saute till it becomes soft

Add routine masala n garam masala after oil is released from tomatoes

Add grated paneer n water n set consistency
Simmer it till 2 minutes - 9
Finally add cheese n salt as per taste
Garnish with coriander n serve hot with naan, tandoori roti or bread
