Steps

Boil 6 cups of water. Add a teaspoon of salt and half teaspoon of oil.

As soon as it starts to boil, add in the pasta and boil it for about 8 minutes OR until the pasta is 80% cooked.

Strain the pasta and put some water on top of it to prevent carry over cooking. Keep this aside for now.

Heat 2 tbsp of oil over medium flame. Add 1 tbsp of finely chopped garlic and fry it for a minute until it's rawness goes away. Add 1 chopped onion and fry it for couple of minutes.

Add chopped carrot, capsicum, and mushrooms and cook them for about 3 minutes. (Feel free to add vegetables that you like and keep the ones that you don't like)

Add 1tbsp salt and 1/2 tbsp black pepper powder and mix it well. Switch off the heat and keep the mixture aside.
