Take a steel vessel pour water in it and boil the water after this add turmeric powder and crushed ginger then make a flame at medium aur boil it for 2 minutes

Now add all the ingredients cloves, black pepper, cinnamon, bay leave, green cardamon and honey stir it well then cook for 10 to 15 minutes on a medium flame
