In mixture, grinder make a smooth paste of methi, Palak & coriander leaves
Add dahi, jaggery, green chilies, grated ginger & lasun in it & make a fine paste - 2
Now mix all the flour & take 2 cups of flour and add all the dry spices & oil in the flour.

Now add the pure in the flour to make a soft dough & put it to rest for 30 mins.

Now knead the dough properly for five minutes & then make small balls from it
Place one portion on the rolling pin & make medium size thepla with the help of dry flour. - 5
Now heat tawa & then roast this Multigrain thepla from both sides & then put oil on thepla & roast properly till it is reddish-brown.

Now your healthy theplas are ready to serve with hot tea or coffee & a little pickle or chunda.
