Actually these are pancakes, Originated by Belgium, mostly used as American breakfast . Earlier ,people used to make it, in between 2 hot iron plates,which had impressions of Iron plates in different designs. Now it is very easy for us to make them in waffle maker (sandwich maker).

Ingredients

5-10 mint.

1 serving

1bread slice
1egg
Pinchsalt
2 pinchblack pepper powder

Pre heat the waffle maker. Take a bread slice, hollow it from center. Set on hot plate.

Break an egg and put in hollow of bread.. When it start to set, add salt and black pepper powder

Now cover the egg with round piece of bread.

Close the waffle maker about 30 to 40 seconds or keep checking it. Remove from the maker and put in serving plate up side down.
