Whisk the curd, add besan and all the spices. Cut all the vegetables and paneer.

Marinate the veggies and paneer. Keep in refrigerator for overnight

Take a grill pan, apply oil on it and cook paneer and all veggies from both sides till golden brown color.

Make a puree of onion and tomatoes. Take oil in khadai saute ginger and garlic paste for a minute. Transfer the puree into Kadai.

Add all d spices. Cook till it leaves ghee from khadai. Then add cooked tikka on it.

Lastly, add malai and cooked for 5 minutes. Then add milk to it.

Ready to Serve.
