I had lots of ginger and wanted to use it up!

After you julienne the ginger, you can soak it in water if you prefer to soften the harshness. I like the strong ginger taste so I use it as is. Recipe by Mie1016.

  1. 1bowl worth Plain cooked rice
  2. 1 tbspSalmon flakes (store bought variety)
  3. 1Sesame seeds
  4. 1Ginger (2 x 2 cm piece)

    Julienne the ginger.

  2. 2

    Mix the rice, salmon flakes, and ginger together. Add sesame seeds if you desire.

    Shape into triangles and enjoy!
