Friends, here’s a simple and easy recipe for delicious beef arroz chaufa.

Cut the beef into cubes and season with salt, black pepper, cumin, garlic paste, and ginger paste or powder. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes. Prepare the other ingredients while it rests.

Crack the 3 eggs into a bowl, beat them with a pinch of salt, and make an omelet. Cut the omelet into squares and set aside.

Heat a skillet for at least 2 minutes until very hot. Add oil and fry the beef cubes—do not boil them. Cook to your preferred doneness; I cooked mine for 30 seconds per side until browned. When done, set aside.

Add the cooked rice to the skillet and mix well. Add the chopped green onions and soy sauce, stirring constantly over high heat. Add the egg squares, mix, drizzle with a little sesame oil, stir, and remove from heat. Serve immediately.
