I thought up this recipe because I wanted to make a pizza that my daughter, who is allergic to flour, could eat. The outside of the crust is crispy. The center is slightly chewy due to the rice flour.

Ingredients

  1. 150 gramsRice flour
  2. 1 pinchSalt
  3. 5 gramsSugar
  4. 4 gramsDry yeast
  5. 200 mlLukewarm water
  6. 5 mlOlive oil (or vegetable oil, etc.)

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 220°C. Combine the rice flour and salt, and mix well.

    Dissolve the sugar completely in lukewarm water. Add the yeast and stir to make the yeast mixture.

    Mix the olive oil and yeast mixture into the combined rice flour and salt bowl. Knead well.

    After kneading, form the dough into a ball and wrap with plastic wrap. Let sit at room temperature for 15 minutes.

    Spread out the dough with your hands into a circle. Spread olive oil over the surface. Top with your choice of ingredients.

    Bake for 15-18 minutes at 220°C. Adjust the thickness of the crust to suit your taste.
