Shahi paneer

Make a puree of garlic, tomato, and onion.

Heat the kadhai and heat the oil put the pure on the oil and put all spices. Cook until it leaves the sides of the pan. and add 2 glasses of water.

When the gravy is boiling add panner and transfer immediately to a serving bowl.

Garnish with fresh cream.
