Bean Sprouts & Pork Belly with Ponzu in the Microwave

There's a dish similar to this at an Izakaya (Japanese bar) and I thought that I could make that at home! This has been a standard dish in our home for many years.
There aren't any hints, since it's so easy. Recipe by Kouandkei

Steps
- 1
Quickly rinse the bean sprouts and dry off the moisture. Pile them up on a plate.
- 2
Top the bean sprouts with the meat. Spread out and overlap the meat so that there are no gaps.
- 3
Season everything with salt and pepper. Loosely cover with plastic wrap and microwave at 600 W for 5 minutes.
- 4
Remove from the microwave, take off the plastic wrap, and garnish with finely chopped green onion. Top with your choice of ponzu sauce and enjoy!
