Ingredients

  1. 6-12eggs
  2. 1/2 tspLouisiana Hot Sauce
  3. 2 tbspyellow mustard
  4. 1/3 cupmayo
  5. 1/2 tspgranulated white sugar
  6. 1/8 tspsalt
  7. 1/2 tsponion powder
  8. 1/2 tspgarlic powder
  9. 2 tbsppickle juice
  10. 1 tbspbutter (room temperature)
  11. 5bacon slices (crispy)
  12. Pickled Mustard Seeds
  13. Fresh or dried thyme
  14. Dried dill weed

Cooking Instructions

    Boil the eggs.

    Fry your bacon.

  3. 3

    Drain hot water from eggs and add cold water... for an easy peel.

    Add wet ingredients to a small bowl. Stir till well combined.

    Add dry ingredients in small bowl. Stir till well combined.

    Peel eggs and slice horizontally.

  7. 7

    Add all the yolks to a bowl, along with all the ingredients. Make sure your yolks have broken up really good or use a food processor or hand mixer to mix up yolks.

    Pipe your yolks onto eggs or use spoon. Top with piece of bacon and pickled Mustard seeds and garnish with thyme and or dill weed
