Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 1 CupBasil leaves
  2. as requiredAmul cream
  3. As neededOil
  4. as neededSpaghetti noodles
  5. as per tasteSalt
  6. as per tastePepper
  7. as requiredCoconut milk/almond milk/Amul milk
  8. as requiredBroccoli (optional)
  9. as required All-purpose flour
  10. as requiredButter
  11. as neededCheese
  12. as per needOregano / herbs

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly, fill the pan with water and let it boil, add some salt and oil to it. Then add the noodles in it.

  2. 2

    You will know when the noodles will cook when they will soften.

  3. 3

    For the gravy :

    Soak some basil in a big bowl. Then after 15-20 mins. Crush them in mixer grinder.

  4. 4

    Take a pan, add butter and some all-purpose flour, let it roast for some seconds, then add some milk and keep stiring the mixture. Add basil mixture to it.

  5. 5

    Add some cheese into it.

  6. 6

    Add some salt, pepper, oregano
