Wash your hand say BismiAllah and darood shareef.

First boiled channay set a side

Take a cooker add oil, onion, fry it then add tomatoes,garlic paste, make masala, well until oil separate from masala then add 3 spices, salt to taste
Bonify very well - 4
Covert masala in wok this time add add boiled chana mix it for a while then add whole green chilli
Knorr cube, bonify for 3-4m - 5
Add water as per required quantity, make gravy as per choice, then sprinkle fresh coriander and serve with tandoori roti..
