1Sweet potato
1 tbsp★Vegetable oil
2 tbsp★Sugar
1 tbsp★Honey
1 tbsp★Soy sauce
1heaped tablespoon ★Water
1Black sesame seeds

Wash and soak the sweet potato.

Heat the sweet potato in the microwave for 6 minutes (500 W). If the chunks are soft enough to be pierced all the way through with a fork then they're ready.

Add the ★ ingredients to a saucepan (adjust the amounts to your taste) and heat over low heat until the mixture begins to thicken. Then add the sweet potato.

If you give the sweet potato a quick str-fry before adding it to the other pan they'll be nice and crispy like normal fried daigaku-imo.

When the potato has mixed with the seasoning, sprinkle some black sesame seeds over the top and it's ready.
