Simple Donuts with Pancake Mix
I wanted to make a simple snack that I could give away as a present.
If the temperature of the oil is too high, the donuts will burn so be careful.
You could top the donuts with 1 teaspoon or so of sugar, or some cinnamon sugar instead, for extra flavour. Please flavor them however you like! Recipe by aganon

Add the baking powder to the bag of pancake mix and sift them together well.

Add the mix from Step 1 and the milk to a bowl and use your hands to mix the dough and bring it together into a ball.

Divide the dough into 24 balls.

Fry the donuts in oil until they're golden brown and top with the sugar to finish.
