Steps

  1. 1

In a mixing bowl mix equal quantities of flour with semolina, season with well grinded Coarse Crystallized Sea Salt.Place mixing bowl upside down onto a clean spacious Kitchen side, remove mixing bowl and then make a hole in the middle, crack 2 whole hen eggs into the hole in the middle and then combine egg yolks together with egg white's,add a splash of cold water and add some Olive Oil and then maybe combine with your fingers.

  2. 2

Rest your whole ball of Pasta in cling film maybe and then flour the Kitchen side.Use a Rolling Pin too considerably flatten out Pasta dough and then flour before folding the 2 sides together too the middle and then use a large sharp chopping knife too cut equal thin strips of Pasta, could have a slightly thicker strands of Pasta.

  3. 3

Boil water in a saucepan, could add Sea Salt to the boiling water and then boil the Pasta strands for maybe only 5 minutes. Is important too taste a strand of Pasta before deciding too drain the Pasta water away.Is good to serve a appropriate sauce with the Pasta strands.
