Buffalo Cauliflower
A healthy alternative with a great kick.
Steps

Preheat oven to 450. Spray medium sized pan with cooking spray and set aside.

In a large bowl, whisk together flour, water, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Coat cauliflower.

Put cauliflower in pan and put in oven for 15 minutes.

In separate bowl, mix together buffalo sauce and melted butter. When cauliflower is removed from oven; coat. Place back in oven for 25-30 minutes or until crispy.

Remove from oven and let cool for 5-10 minutes.
