Wash the fish properly remove inwatds.Pat dry then rub with flour on both sides.Heat a pan then.pour oil then fry fish.When almost dry place at the side of pan.Then stir fry ginger and spring.onion then.pour soy and a.little water.Cover and let it simmer then remove ftom the pan.
