  4. 80g Frozen banana
  5. 150 mlCoconut water
  6. 20 gOats
  7. 1/2 TspCinnamon
  8. 30 gVanilla protein powder
  9. 20 gPeanut butter
  10. x2 Ice-cubes
  11. Tips! Add in some celery and/or Frozen spinach to increase your daily intake of greens 👍🏼 It doesn’t make the smoothie taste much different!
