  1. 1 cupfrozen strawberries
  2. 1/2 cupfrozen blueberries
  3. 1/2 cupalmond milk
  4. 1 tbsphoney
  5. 1/3 cuprolled oats
  6. 1/2 cupplain Greek yogurt

Cooking Instructions

    Add all ingredients to a strong blender and blend. Enjoy!
