First, heat oil in a pan. Fry half of the onions until golden brown and set aside. Fry the chopped garlic until golden brown as well.

Add a little oil to a pressure cooker. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle, then sauté the onions. Add the rice and a little salt. Pour in water and cook the rice until done.

Crack the eggs into a bowl. In a pan, sauté green onions, green chilies, and chopped bell peppers. Add the eggs. Add a little salt and red chili powder. Stir quickly to scramble the eggs. Remove half and set aside.

To the remaining eggs in the pan, add soy sauce and black pepper powder. Finally, add the cooked rice. You can also add garam masala powder if you like. Mix everything well over high heat.
