Steps

Peel the bitter gourd, cut them and take out all the seeds. Add 2_3tbsp salt, mix well & let it sit in sunny area for at least half hour.

Add 3_4tbsp oil in pan. Add 1 onion, tomatoes, ginger and garlic paste, turmeric, salt,red chillies, minced meat and little water. Cook well until oil seprats.

Separate half of the cooked meat and add chopped onion and green chillies and mix well.

Stuff this mixture into bitter gourd and roll thread around to seal

Fry the bitter ground on medium flame until the colour is brownish.

Now add fried bitter gourd in left over minced meat and cover the pan for at least 10 mins on low flame.

Put in serving dish and sprinkle coriander on it. Stuffed bitter gourd is ready to serve.
