Wash the broccoli and cut it however you like. Cook it however you prefer, such as boiling or microwaving. I wrapped it with damp paper towels and microwaved it.

If the florets are too big, break into bite-size pieces. Be careful not to burn yourself!

Mix the broccoli and mentsuyu in a bowl, tasting as you go along. Don't over-season it!

Transfer to a serving dish and drizzle with olive oil.
