Vegetable oil
2 teaspoonsfish sauce
Oyster sauce, to taste
1 teaspoonsugar
3 1/2 ouncesground pork (or to taste)

Steps

Wash the asparagus and cut into bite-sized pieces. Blanch briefly, then immerse in cold water.

Pound the garlic and slice the chili peppers diagonally.

Heat a pan with a little oil. Stir-fry the garlic and chili until fragrant, then add the ground pork and cook until done. Season to taste and mix well.

Add the asparagus and stir-fry briefly, as it is already blanched. Serve immediately.
